Hello Lincoln and Sagadahoc County neighbors!

Midcoast Maine Community Action is excited to announce that we will be your new LiHEAP (Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program) point-of-contact. To prepare for the next heating season, we will begin processing applications and scheduling appointments in July of 2023. We are grateful for the opportunity to expand our services and support our community in new ways.
