Manager Personnel Services

Administers the Agency’s human resources program.  Coordinates the selection and hiring process & conducts orientations for new employees including review of benefits, personnel policies, and time card procedure.  Coordinates and administers the Agency’s employee insurance and pension programs.  Processes Workers’ Compensation, and unemployment insurance claims.  Maintains personnel files, staff unemployment records, workers’ compensation claim files, and other similar records.  Prepares reports as required such as the monthly federal and state wage reports, quarterly reports, annual insurance census, etc.  Qualifications:  Bachelor degree preferred.  Minimum of three years related experience.  Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to human resource administration.  Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
